The looking glass is the only symbolic tool beneath a Mad hat. Without, one knows not what they are.

“About” is the hardest part. It demands a sense of identity to which I want none. However, if I’m to play a part in life, identity is a role that I’ll enact for freedom’s sake. There must have been a clever intelligence that placed my parents in Montreal at the time of my birth: a river island where almost all of its current inhabitants come from different lands, stories, understandings… We, too, came from different lands. Palestinian-Lebanese, I was the first, along with my siblings, to be born Canadian.
All children undergo a vigorous process of receiving knowledge from their surroundings. Like so many, that wisdom was a further enactment of unresolved traumas. I grew up having to face cycles a child should not be touched with, and all at their core, laced with the theme of belonging. I was too young to understand the “why.” I’m still too young to understand how hatred is a thing that we are capable of.
We all started from the same point of Origin, and no matter the story, we’re all here, together, now.
Dogma, culture, society, politics, and so on have done a fine job at drawing out the lines of “othering,” where hatred becomes not only acceptable but downright preferable. Like Pavlov’s dog, the human mind has been conditioned to embrace the behaviour at the sound of a notification. One that praises us out of survival long enough for the next round.
So now I find myself at the rise of the cycle, where I’ve somehow managed to surf, and I can ride the big wave. From this vantage point, the play of men becomes the path of liberation. The light of humans, perhaps once named huemans with a fallen -e, is not born free. Like cattle, we are tagged from the moment of arrival, with predetermined borders and rules for appropriate othering. We grow up enacting these plays in the name of freedom, and all at their core, laced with the theme of belonging.
It isn’t a fluke that I was born to a country that perpetuated/perpetuates the same hatred to its Indigenous people, and it isn’t a mistake that I can see the same cycle within all stories, all lineages, all hues.
I was born to a world where the grass grows green no matter the lens of its keeper. This is a place that I create every day with heart. The kind it takes to be trauma-informed, to cry, to scream in the forest if I must, to breathe, and to humble myself with every continuous fault that I make as I learn to further ride the waves of love.
Cerebro Soul was born out of this light laced at its core with the theme of belonging. Below is a glimpse into some of my offerings.

A Glance at a Session
It’s been a decade since I started my spiritual practice. It began from a place of rude awakening. I drank, smoked, was most definitely anorexic, suffered from fibromyalgia and social anxiety, and was going through a divorce with a person who had lived a double life throughout the entirety of our connection.
It wasn’t long until I saw my place within the chaos. I was numb, lived life on autopilot, and secretly hated myself, so why should my reflection be any different?
Everything has changed since then. Life brought me to a spiritual art school, where I learned the tools to burn the fucking chrysalis! Anger and all its friends were finally acknowledged, felt, and released. There, I was given permission to dive within and connect with my inner guidance—a presence that’s always there for my highest good and most benevolent light.
Some call this having psychic abilities. I don’t like that word! It implies that those who experience these things are somehow more special than those who don’t. This is our birthright: connection to the great void and mystery of life.
We’re all connected; however, just like perfume, the same Light imprints itself uniquely onto each of us. We understand it differently, use different languages to describe it, and tune into a dimension of exploration that is tailored for us and us alone.
Over the past decade, I’ve solidified a practice of meditation and inner connection. I can now read and listen to subtle energies in a way that keeps me in tune with my most authentic self. I’m always growing and learning new ways to unravel. I’ve shed so much of my past self through exploring the worlds of Qigong, Reiki, The Emotion Code, Dr. Joe Dispenza, journeying, intuition, muscle testing, ceremony, channeling, ecstatic dance, and meditation.
A session with me is a combination of all these modalities, but most importantly, it’s an opportunity to put myself aside and listen to your higher guidance. If you feel called, consider me a temporary stop along your journey, no matter where you find yourself. I’m not here to create dependency; I’m here to witness where you’re already headed and relay information to you in a way that brings greater awareness to what’s unfolding in your life.

Allow a maximum of two business days for a reply and we will set up a time and date that works around both schedules. Once This is agreed upon, you will receive a stripe payment link. How do I prepare for a session?
All sessions are remote. I ask that you arrive with pure intentions and a clear presence. This means sober from any mood-altering substances, allowing yourself to be fully present and open to the experience. You may set up your space comfortably and free of distractions. Whether you prefer to sit or lie down is entirely of your choosing.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, and I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. I reserve this time especially for you, and I ask that you honour that commitment with clear communication. When challenges arise, I’m always open to a conversation and will do my best to find a solution that respects both our time and circumstances.
How are remote sessions held?
I use Google Meet for video calls. Just click on the link I’ll send you for our scheduled time. Google Meet will open in your browser, and you’ll be prompted to allow access to your camera and microphone. No set ups or downloads needed beforehand.
